Stress is responsible for bodily sickness, mental and emotional illnesses
which vary in intensity according to the duration of the stress applied to the body.
The shorter the stress the faster the body starts to heal and rejuvenate itself.
The more we do not manage and reduce stress effectively, the more times
we become stressful the more damage we can do to ourselves.
Experts agree that , stress is the number one occupational hazard.
